1. To provide free legal aid, guidance, and representation to poor, needy, and marginalized persons in civil, criminal, family, labor, and constitutional matters before all courts and forums in Pakistan.
2. To act as a social-legal bridge by identifying people suffering due to lack of legal awareness, and resolving their problems through legal tools, consultation, documentation, and advocacy.
3. To extend financial assistance for court fees, litigation expenses, and basic legal costs to deserving litigants who cannot afford representation.
4. To promote rule of law and fundamental rights as guaranteed under the Constitution of Pakistan, and to ensure justice is accessible without discrimination.
5. To provide legal consultancy in matters relating to child adoption, women and child rights, labor and service laws, and assistance to foreign nationals and diplomatic personnel.
6. To conduct legal awareness programs, paralegal training, and community outreach to educate citizens about their rights and remedies.
7. To collaborate with bar associations, courts, and welfare institutions to mitigate suffering and deliver timely justice to the vulnerable.
8. To do all other lawful acts that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
